All The Same
I fell in love with the words you wrote,
The poems you penned,
The ink you bled,
You seemed to pore your true feeling out onto the page,
The world you painted was a master piece,
But I come to realize,
You’re all the same,
Some guy on the other end who doesn’t really care,
The lives you kill, the hearts you break,
To you it’s just another game.
She is right Angel, they are not all like that, but all poets are notoriously romantic on paper and fly away in the cold light of day! or shy away....It has been known for them to stick like you who! lol Thats glue. Waving at you, Tai
Too bad one ever has to feel that way, but i have written a couple similar poems except about women. Its not sexiest but a bad experience with the opposite. This one definitely hits the mark. Great Poem! !
A broken love story all too common, the feelings it invokes solely depend on your past experience with similar happenings. whether it's sorrowful reminiscence, fiery disdain or polite curiosity, it hits hard
