All This Time - Poem by Perfect Fool

I don’t know how you do this
Still after all this time
As I slide into my ice cold bed
I cry for you

I don’t know how you broke my heart
Again after all this time
Every time I see your face
It still sends shivers down my spine

And I hate that you can do this
After all this time
Can still make me weaker than I’ve ever been
You still hold me to you

And what hurts like a breaking heart
Is that you don’t care
You don’t care anymore
No, not anymore

You haven’t thought of me for a long time...
