Along The Way Poem by David Harris

Along The Way

Rating: 5.0

Along the way, we met
as passing strangers there,
and then we met again,
now the strangers
became passing friends.
The more we meet along the way,
the more we could see
the love within one another’s eyes
that was meant to be.
From strangers to friends,
to lovers to remain
together forever more,
never forgetting
how we met along the way.

It still amazes me how you can remember each love and how you met.....there is a quote Love is Friendship on fire....I'd like to think it makes much more sense to go that route...be a friend first....learn ever little detail of each other...and by doing so you come to fall in love....more of that unconditional love that keeps it going
