Where is your soul this sunny day?
Those many words you'd kindly say,
For you are missed like tender flowers,
That i would sit and view for hours.
As butterflies danced i'd think of you,
In my garden, embracing the view.
That pleasant place, where memories came,
Without you now, life's not the same.
The last remaining flowers dance,
in morning breeze, i sit, i glance.
Holding on to life it seems,
Before the winter months appear.
Life is such a tender thing,
Many more will grow next spring,
When i will sit and think of you,
Amongst the flowers, touched with dew.
