An Unending Bid Poem by RoseAnn V. Shawiak

An Unending Bid

Rating: 5.0

Looking out across a vast desert wonderland spread out in front
and below this poet's sight and vision, mind easily flowing a-
cross it's sands and onto pyramids formed by man.

Ocean tides rising and falling, as waves race and crash against
the shore in an unending bid to claim the land, knowing that it
will never happen, yet refusing to give up for a second, an
inner strength building and pushing them forward.

This makes me think of the ocean waters trying to devour land. It's creatively phrased and muses marvellously in poetic way. Kudos. Pleez do comment my latest newest poem too titled song of lunar lovers
