Anderson Dcclxxii Poem by LeeAnn Azzopardi

Let us, together, blend our souls
Into a drink called love
As our bodies perish into the sea
No one loves you more than I
And you love no one more than me
Let the sea carry us out
To a forbidden place where no one
Will find us
As we bare our passion against the wind
Shielding us from the anger that
That world has possessed
