Now April spring time has arrived
The cherry blossoms are making there show
With scents and color, streaks tied with a bow
Pink and white on display
When blooms begin to fade
As they hit the peak of the parade
The spring time breeze will make it rain, but
My memory I must retain
I will stand firm upon your rock
In this grand land, confirms
Our plan, the long distant marathon
Hurdling blocks from time to time
Climbing hills along our path
Turtle doves croon, their ladylove
Tune in the cherry trees
Soon the next show, will come around
Then, my love, we will be found reunited in sound
