Are You Beautiful - Poem by Rakhi Jayashankar

Long nose
Full pink lips
Curvy eyes
Red cheeks

slim figure
toned body
poised walk
oh! ! ! she s beautiful

dirty tongue
selfish thoughts
in human attributes
heartless attitude

what is beauty for
she beautiful? ? ! ! !
Tu kidding me

What on earth is beauty for
If it resides in an unkind body
egocentric soul

nourish the god in you, not Satan
flourish the human in you, not animal
cherish the virtue in you not vice

beauty depends on who you are
not how you look

now tell me
are you beautiful
Am I beautiful
Is she beautiful

Such ideal humans who are equally beautiful both outside and inside are very rare in creation. Good, thought-provoking, simple write. (Report)Reply

Very aptly envisioned about beautiful. Internal beautiful is most essential than external, high speculation. Fantastic write, many thanks. (Report)Reply

I agree. Beauty is in the soul without a doubt. That is why I write about the lady I do. :) She is beautiful on the outside but so much more on the inside. Great write. A 10 (Report)Reply
