As Raindrops Fall Poem by Jayne Louise Davies

As Raindrops Fall

Little raindrops gently appear,
Onto my window pane so near,
They remind me of the tears I've shed,
I'm still missing you,
And I can't get you out of my head.

Little raindrops softly fall,
If only i could take your call,
The telephone stands in the hall,
It's so sad,
That you can't ring me any more.

Little raindrops please go away,
You're making me feel,
So sad today,
I need the sun to shine my way,
So i may smile once more.
