And so came Autumn,
With its morning breeze,
Leaves started falling,
From once green trees.
The fields became bare,
From wandering sheep,
Wildlife once active,
Preparing for sleep,
Through many cold days,
That soon would be here,
Where buzzards would prey,
On small mice filled with fear.
Seasons of change,
Taking its course,
The harsh nights of winter,
Will show no remorse.
