Ash Finally Did It Poem by Daya Nandan

Ash Ketchum finally won,
He finally reached his goal after a 20 year run,
He has finally won the Pokemon league championship,
After failure after failure with every attempted trip,

Though many of us have stopped watching him fight,
Yet the younger generation was motivated in his cheerful light,
After more than 20 years he proved his point to us all,
That we can still rise up even if we sometimes fall,

it was news on CNN for it was that big of an event,
After 22 seasons the viewers were truly content,
But what is more important is the message it represents,
It tells us that we can reach our goals despite bad events,

it took Ash more than 20 years, yet the kid did it somehow,
Leaving the audience of the series with a gigantic wow,
I hope the future generations takes a lesson from the Pokemon anime,
To motivate them to strive for success even through their darkest day!
