Awaiting Poem by Eindaray Kyaw

Awaiting

I try to imagine your shape
That bled my heart like a blade
Though we had much debate
You never taught me how to hate
A love story that we made!

The sun kisses my face
The wind runs to my race
For a while, I stand to embrace
Who can make me so amaze
With a smile that I crave?

The flowers are blooming
The birds are singing
The seasons are changing
My heart is yearning
Oh, I am still awaiting! !
