Beautiful Dame Poem by shakil ahmed

Beautiful Dame

Rating: 4.8

Heartbeat of young guys-
You are a dame with beautiful eyes.
Your lips that befool bees,
You drink life to the lees.
Your cheeks that make apples fed
Some times white and some times red.
Your hair that long and black,
No beauty that you lack.
Oozing beauty makes you shy,
You are frivolous like an amorous fly.
Your love is not an eternal- mark,
Rather it is like a lightning spark.
Love alters when rich boys offer,
Quality or virtue does not differ.
You are a seller of love and passion,
Because it is a prevalent fashion.
When you will complete your forty,
Surely, you will lose your beauty.
Deep trenches will be in your face,
Your alluring youth will diminish pace.
Time will steal your lusty days,
No person will come with wasteful praise.
Now if I write the beauty of your eyes,
Coming years will say the poet lies.
Sun rises to set- it cares none,
Youth grows pale- time spares no one.

Continuing the feel of love with the departed one in vision is excellent! Fresh theme this is!

Beautifully penned about love and loss but always there are the memories. This vision of loveliness coming into your dreams can momentarily sustain. She is looking down with love.
