Bedecked with Jewels

Near the screen without a good sentence, thinking for a long time
Finished a brilliant writing with a pen, hesitating for a while
Bedecked with jewels, described thousand drunken hills
Drizzle soft wind, expressed cool emotion of thousands of gullies
