Being Dead Drunk Poem by Luo Zhihai

Being Dead Drunk

Rating: 5.0

Being Dead Drunk

At the end of the autumn
I knew many melons ripe and lotus root starch precipitating
At the end of the year
I dared to drink at height myself
rewarded many bamboo shoots and tasted

Tourists drank homesickness
intoxicated my thin pen and my articles
In the lotus pool and moonlight
frogs sang and cicadas played strings

Note: first and second sentences by Ye Yexin.
Third and fourth sentences by Jijingwusheng.
