I wish I could find the words to say to you
to actually be the one thats considered perfect in your eyes
as the rest of the world merely fades away
from the reflection I see of you that reflects
off of my eyes and back to yours
theres not a word that can perfectly describe
exactly whats going on inside this head of mine
I find myself thinking of you more often than I should
hoping that one day my eyes can wake to find you
laying beside me if your head not on my chest
nothing else matters as all my doubts fade into your eyes
and into the horizon of your hand in mine
drenched only in the infactuation shared from me to you
as my lips find their way towards yours
they reveal the fact that I need you with each breath
that passes between them pursuing you further into
the dreams that wish to escape into reality
I find myself
wanting you
needing you
as each day grows into the revalation that beckons
to come true
forever and a day
beside the lonely peach that sits by the tree
