Beware Of Wrong Help Poem by Anna Polibina-Polansky

Beware Of Wrong Help

If you do not fulfil my wishes, all your deeds are in vain. You helped wrong people, perhaps my foes.

I have in mind only to keep my half happy, not to hurt my kins. I ought not be asked too much; instead, I need be offered what I ask you of. I need stay with my spouse, without interference. My spouse will follow me herself. Do you hear it, my half. If not, it is okay, I will invite you.
