Blacklivesmatter Poem by Kingsley Egbukole

Blacklivesmatter

Rating: 5.0

My colour is a magnet to your bullet
Anywhere a shade your glimpse sight

My blood is sweet brandy on your spongy buds
The spills purify the land my presence desecrated

Where I stand a wild beast you see
Endangered constantly I am alive

Ignorant next minute where the bullet will hit
One other burden eliminated who cares.

Black lives and every live matter, the human life is sacrosanct and should be treated with equality, fairness and dignity. Thumbs up for this nice piece.

The house on fire matters most, we don’t have to worry about the other houses in the street unaffected. The all lives matter slogan is obvious but ignores the specific pain. Blacklivesmatter.

All lives matter truly but the rate at which blacks are killed is alarming
