Blowing Of Candles Poem by Bernard F. Asuncion

Blowing Of Candles

Rating: 5.0

C-elebration of double event
H-as promised much mirth;
A-s the new year dawns,
R-apture fills your birth.
I-n first January morn,
T-welve midnight passes by;
A-n amazing fireworks display is shown in the sky.

F-og and mist are gone,
L-et Saturday haze vanish;
O-pen your eyes to beacon,
R-ays won't easily diminish.
E-ver wonderful moment offers cakes and caramels;
S-unny Sunday delight includes the blowing of candles.
