Blue Moonlight Night Poem by Evelyn Judy Buehler

Blue Moonlight Night

Rating: 5.0

Pretty stars are out tonight,
And yellowbird has flown away!
Blue moon has lost a treasury,
Of strangely transparent silver.
Red Mars goes round the stars,
With a beauty lasting endlessly.
What an evening bathed in blue,
On a night that dreams come true!
Blooms blush in the indigo dark,
As nightingale keeps on singing!
Night fell softly all over the
World, bringing a lasting peace.
Aged time who waits for no one,
Stopped dead for the beautiful
Blue night!
