Life is body and soul together
Body is mortal
Soul is immortal
Body is reformable
Soul is transmittable
Body and soul together
After death, is resurrectable
As a life's seed is soul forever.

Body and soul are different but yet the dwell together....Nice poem
Body can sense through perception of senses but soul make all in one meaning, and define what it means to be, to have and to give in life from one to another......both are important but as you said souls are immortal... :)
