Boredom Poem by David Harris

Boredom

Rating: 5.0

I went to a place this weekend
where it used to be so much fun
even when the weather was miserable.
However, it has changed now
the fun is no longer there,
no laughter like it was
and I cannot understand why.
It has changed drastically;
it’s hard to explain how,
just that it’s not the same anymore,
it has lost its magic feel.
You feel trapped
and now boredom has set in.
You want to leave,
go home and do things
that will bring more pleasure
than what you are having now.
