Your whole body is in control of thoughts, not brain
Because we all have brain but why some people are happy or sad?
I have experienced many times brain also works according to thoughts,
When thoughts are silent, our body becomes relaxed
But when thoughts are aggressive, our body becomes restless
Thoughts come from what we hear, what we see & what we go through
Each thought plays a vital role in planning our life to the future,
We can't escape thoughts because it's a natural tendency to go through
Thoughts can never be avoided, they can only be diverted
It's upto us how we improve our reasoning & intellect through experience
