Break Free From Fear Poem by Daya Nandan

Fear limits us!

Fear is born through instinct, experience and observation,
A chain binding weight when most fear death and rejection,
Fear has its uses but it also has flaws,
For fear to act can also put you under death's claws,

if you fear to love and fear to take risks in life,
How will you have a courage to find a husband or wife? ,
If you fear to invest because you risk losing,
How will you ever taste the glory of winning? ,

If you fear change and you remain in the comfort zone,
How will you climb up to to your rightful gold throne? ,
The fear that binds you limits you from our best,
Only when the chains are broken can you better than the rest,

Fears are necessary if they are rational and reasonable,
But most of the time it holds back dreams that are clearly acheivable,
So break the chains and barriers that binds your soul,
Be the captain of your destiny and take control,

Calculate those risks and make that decision,
Let courage be your guiding light to salvation,
Even if the fear of rejection of life and love draws near,
Remember that everything in life is on the other side of fear!
