Cashing God
the earnestness to seek god
as if he is one's own
the only one for oneself
so that one could feel his wonder
without any preconceived idea
if he ever comes visiting - is religion
every life is a cheque written out by God
and cashing it needs one's own signature
untempered!
that makes the experience that much more intense when he actually comes calling. you get the whole meaning of the poem.
never been one for god or cheques for that matter, prefer cash and belief in one's self
