Cats And Dogs
It's raining cats and dogs
Three whole days;
Cats and dogs
and some frogs
croaking on wet logs
Out the back,
out the front,
Cats and dogs down the drain
and some frogs are giving me pain
Cats and dogs on the street
causing havoc with catdog sleet
and some frogs
croaking on wet logs
an expression of heavy and serious things- the imagery of feeling cannot be defined as 'cats and dog'
It's raining cats and dogs three whole days; cats and dogs and some frogs croaking on wet logs......it is good scene after continous rain... wonderful noises all around..... beautiful poem....10 read mine.. why do we love nature...global warming
a nice interplay between the literal and the metaphorical...oh, by the way I don't suppose you had the sandstorm covering Canberra as it is doing here at the moment as I write here in Brisbane...
