詠蘭

峻谷盤岩舒紫萼
山邊澗底展芳姿
幽貞逸韻為君念
慧質璿娟品自持
每向知音堪寄語
暄妍綽約欲吟詩
不儕桃李爭榮耀
羞與凡葩鬥豔彌


Chant Orchids

In the steep valleys
on the coiled rocks
comfortable to bloom their purple calyxes
Show their fragrant postures
beside the mountain
in the bottoms of ravine

High and clean chastity
elegant rhymes
for your missing
Intelligent talent
beautiful looks
by themselves quality

Often to their bosom friends
send words
The weather is warm
the scenery is bright
want to chant poems gracefully

Don't together with peaches
to contend for glory
Shy to the ordinary flowers
fight for brilliance
