Chasms Of Grief Poem by RoseAnn V. Shawiak

Chasms Of Grief

Life stretching along highways of sorrow,
living in an abandoned ghost town.

Nothing to be done, but suffer in this
tremendous grief of loss.

Silence and it's tremors finding a place
in my once open and embracing heart.

Now unable to find it's way in the darkness,
delving quietly into chasms of grief.
