Children Need Their Fathers Poem by RoseAnn V. Shawiak

Pure and undefiled throughout life, children feel
loved, cared for and special to both their parents,
it's so sad in today's world that's not happening.

A woman will get pregnant and just walk away from
the child's Dad, raising them without thinking or
realizing that children absolutely need their Dads.

Fathers are very important in a child's life, even
more so than a mother, a father keeps their children
in line, loving, caring and disciplining them.

Teaching them respect, and dignity for all people,
for daughters they are the model for possibly their
future husband.

A father takes his children from being born all the
way into adulthood, and is a strong impact on their
lives, mothers are needed from birth but differently.

It's the fathers who keep family together, they are
the glue that keeps a child feeling safe and loved
in the circle of family, life and humanity.
