Christian Sect For 300 Years
Marcus Aurelius, the pagan Emperor, knew that the Christian sect were like termites, eating the frame of state. Refusing to accept the status quo, they needed to go.
They did not agree with deification of Emperors as gods. They believed in one God, not polytheism.
Christianity was accepted as the state religion, by the Emperor Constantine. This took some 300 years.
