Christmas Candle Poem by louis rams

In the darkness of night a candle on a window pane
Will glow bright.
It is the candle that leads me home so you will never be alone
It is like a walkway all lit up with Christmas lights shining
" oh so bright "
It is your heart that is calling me and leading the way
Just so that I would not stray.
It is the candle of Faith, Hope and Love given
To us from up above.
It is the flame that dances in the darkness of night
Like a shooting star in it s flight.
Just like the lighthouse leading the vessels back home
This is the light where love is shown.
You may not see it on a mountaintop or in the darkness
Of the wilderness or even on a beach- yet if you search
Your heart this light you will reach.
In most all houses a light will shine coming from
GOD S love divine.
