The following poem by Aftab and his photo reminded me of my nephew in India
who is also a aashiq and looks quite like him. I think Aftab lives in Pakistan, the country of my ancestors who spoke Punjabi like Aftab does. I translate his poem into English to keep his love yearnings alive, even though he seems to be somewhat narcissistic -

Sohniya ik yaad menu teri satohni
Menu raati neend ni ohndi
Harpal teri yaad ohndii menu satohndi.
Naalqan tera naaal rehna mera lii zaroori mein adhoora tu adhoori das soniya kahdi pehgayi majboori (nalaan)mangda mein dwa mor ka wapis tu aaa
Na mera dil tu dukha
Apnana tu zada tera ta eitbaar
Tenu Karaa Sacha pyaar
