I'm won over
By French Dijon
Indian cuisine has such large variations from place to place, from community to community that you need more than a life to taste everything.
That means that from the money I'll make from my book, I'll be able to dine in a few fine Indian cuisines.
Spices tickle our taste buds. French Dijon Mustard is now available (and used) in India.
It wasn't until later in my life that I had discovered Indian food. Wow! The spicy food is among my favourites.
