Cone Of Silence Poem by David Harris

Cone Of Silence

Some of my best ideas come
when I sit in a cone of silence
oblivious to the world around me.
Thoughts flow freely
without interruption or distraction.

The cone of silence
covers me as an insolation
from all the world
that would divert my attention
to things not relevant.
