Count By Count Poem by Mehta Hasmukh Amathaal

Count By Count

Count by count

I tried to reason out and find
Why restlessness should prevail in mind?
What can be real reason?
How it affects normal or rich people?

Discontentment was brewing
It was not allowing
Any reasonable approach to be settled
I thought I am certainly wrong and misled

Why not find solution within?
I have certainly seen
The logic behind with utmost care
To some extent it is fair too

Often we say” we are thankful to an almighty”
For bringing on this beautiful land that is called heavenly
Why not feel contended with whatever we have? ”
I silently tried to understand the perception and slowly behaved

It paid rich dividend
With not much to feel offended
If I believe in destiny
I must think about so many people too

If they can live happily
I must work hard and lead cheerfully
If fate is only to be taken into account
I must feel happiness count by count
