Covering Up
I show a fake smile in front of you,
Never expecting you to see me unhappy.
I cover up the sadness I feel,
Because I don't want you to worry.
I laugh in front of you,
but I really have nothing to laugh about.
I try to have a good time around you,
but I really want to be alone.
When I am around you,
I cover up the pain I'm in.
