Dear Lord - Poem by Brooke Reeves
He knows the Earth,
End to end.
He knows your name,
And controls the wind
For him the waves role on,
And stars twinkle in the night.
For him the world goes round,
And the sun, it shines so bright.
He is our savior.
He is our King.
And for this joy alone,
The angels do sing.
So to him I send worship.
To him I send praise.
As surely as the sun will rise,
My voice will I raise.
So let your light shine through in me,
And let me show your power.
Let me be the best I can
With every passing hour.
