Dearest Dad - Poem by Paul Elliott Price
Now that you've gone i must be strong
You left five daughters and two sons
I love you so much and always will
My aim is to please not to kill.
You asked so little yet gave so much
You will always be loved for your tender touch
I am so sorry for all i done wrong
But like you said dad whats done is done.
Thank you for everything, the love that you've shown
I wish i could repay you by showing my own
My way to show it is to write it clear
For you dearest dad whom i love so dear.
Your in a place now its a place for the good
I cannot imagine it but wish i could
So till we meet again i long for that day
We'll be together forever then i'll be ok...
