Decade 2010
In a matter of hours I step into
my octogenarina decade.
Scary?
You bet your sweet arse,
1931 to 2010 is a long time.
Much longer than I expected,
or deserve.
However, the French have an apt
saying in the circumstances.
'C'est la vie'
Happy birthday Jerry - - so good to see you writing again - - octogenerians are considered in Biblical canon as 'mighty' - - - - - may you have lots of mighty good times over the coming year..... hugs from faraway friend Fay.

And you know something, sweetheart, you don't look a day over sixty! It was certainly touch and go there for a while mid 2007, but something tells me that your octogenarian decade will flow smoothly.
