Dedicated To Patti Masterman - Poem by Miroslava Odalovic

She’s one of those dark loving ‘guys’ :)
Fed on a spooky cookies fair
Wrote ‘never a love’ and ‘muted dyes’
Colouring spasmodic despair

She lives in the US Meth
But we believe it’s much the same
Living next to an Auschwitz death
Staying alive some light to tame
Being alive living anywhere
Hiding behind an Almighty night
Where only the fading stars dare
Speak of the dead bones birds of flight

She gets along and always pulls through
To write a poem for herself and you
