I march
Thru the snow,
Limbs frozen
Heart frozen
Hope frozen,
Not knowing where,
To go!
Cold,
No love to light
A fire,
Or even crack a smile,
No fireplace to say,
"Stay a while"
No love,
Life finally fails,
Those who,
Love has Lost,
Along the way
By bitter frost.
A lovely poem, Sandracita. Come visit snow-less Florida - beautiful weather just now - but stay away in hurricane season. No place and no person is perfect. Alas!
