R-ise of the burning beacon
O-pens the day with light;
W-armth is also brought,
E-rasing the chill of night.
N-ew dawn has broken, as haze and shadows leave;
A-iming to brighten your birth, till the new year's eve.
M-ake Saturday morn
E-ver lovely and fresh;
N-o more Friday fog,
D-ecember thirty-first.
O-bliterate the misty air,
Z-enith stays neath the lane;
A-lways there in the sky despite the coming rain.
