Distance Doesn't Matter Poem by Bernard F. Asuncion

Distance Doesn't Matter

Rating: 5.0

C-old chill and heavy raindrops
H-ave passed after midnight;
A-nother day turns beautiful,
N-ew dawn leaves the twilight.

G-reat and wide ocean
I-s keeping us apart;
E-ven though you're far away; you're always in my heart.

E-ven a millions miles can't let the sunrise hide;
A-s I gaze at the blue sky, I feel glad deep inside.

T-hursday morn has broken,
I-n twenty-second December;
U-nderneath the pink lane, the distance doesn't matter.
