That's it.
Don't look over any shoulder,
With beliefs your actions are witnessed.
If something done comes from the heart...
Do it and be done.
That's it.

If you are like some expecting accolades...
To later become angered and dismayed,
By the lack of respect.
Or any signs of that made!
If you are one of those believing,
Your good intentions will receive a nod...
A mention or a look of acknowledgement.
Do what it is you do...
And let that be it!
Since a disappointment will be there,
Waiting for you to make its next visit.
