'Do You Know Me? ' Poem by ANJANDEV ROY

'Do You Know Me? '

Rating: 5.0

I was walking alone
With an inquisitive mind,
After a while.....
I met the first traveller,
I asked him,
'Do you know me? '
He said,
'No, '
I began to walk again,
After some time,
I met the second wayfarer,
Soon I stopped and asked him,
'Do you know me? '
He answered,
'Not at all, '
Thereafter I met the third pilgrim
After walking some distance,
I anxiously asked him
The same question,
He thought for a while and gently said to me,
'Yes, I know you,
Very often I see you
In my pleasant dream, '
Immediately I jumped in an ecstasy,
I got the right traveller this time.

Bravo for this long, but exceptional poem

Nice one. The first question man asked god would have been "do you know me? ", after bid was invented by him. He asks still! 5*
