The journey of life is like a boat ride
on the surface of a deep river.
We are the ferry men
to paddle the boat smoothly from
one side to the other.
We know not when and where
we land at the end of our travel.
If sense is good and we remain committed to goodness,
the channel would be crossed
without any hassle.
Any leakage in the boat,
whether small or large,
would surely sink the boat
in the middle of the course
to lose the target.
Likewise mistakes committed, neglected, not rectified intime
would be our greatest enemy
to make the passage stormy,
devastate us in the darkest.
Poet's notes took it to a different level altogether, awesome poem. Full ****
