Drinking Purity From Dirt Poem by Kumarmani Mahakul

Drinking Purity From Dirt

Rating: 5.0

After rain in autumn water is filled,
Mud, dust and soil are merged within,
Substances suspended in stagnant water,
Current flow is unpleasantly blocked.

Plants grown beside are thirsty more,
These are half grown and half dried,
Like persons in hunger and thirst,
They are eagerly growing to drink.

They are half green and in dried minds,
Dried branches need nutrients to grow,
New beautiful leaves will appear soon,
They have trust on them and on God.

To drink natural nectar they are trying,
Dirt has settled down by touch of dawn,
Clear mirror has given new reflection,
Trust has grown for drinking true purity.

Fear of contamination is left behind soon,
They have gained power of purification,
Freedom from adulteration is gained sure,
Freedom from immortality is attained here.

They have power of examining quality,
Due to this they are drinking dirt in pure,
Drinking purity from dirty water is an art
They are giving pure wind to fresh flowers.

Sun drinks vapour from dirty water and trees too drink pure water from dirt. Greatest happiness we get remaining with God. We search for eternal happiness and we get this. God teaches us righteousness. Thank you very much for sharing this. You are a nice poet. This poem is excellent poem.
