Emptiness Without You Poem by Eila Mahima Jaipaul

Emptiness Without You

Rating: 4.5

the emptiness
was more empty than I ever remembered
vaster, like a hunger
great enough to consume me
a hunger for more
there is supposed to be
something more
you leave behind a slowly fading echo
of emptiness in me
and a strong desire
for something to fell it.
