Everything Nothing



Nature has pulled
Her course for me
Directed by a loveless love
And a whispered declaration.

Hand to chest
I have surrendered
To a fight that never started
And a dream that never stopped.

I pledge a cold allegiance
To my loneliness
For how will there be
Anybody else but you?
