Expect The Sunrise Poem by Bernard F. Asuncion

Expect The Sunrise

Rating: 5.0

P-ray for the sunrise,
R-aindrops are still falling;
I-n spite of the shadows,
N-ight will yield to the morning.
C-oal clouds will vanish,
E-arly fifteenth of July;
S-eek the big bright beacon
S-hining soon in the sky.

L-et the coming light warm
Y-our heart and your mind;
R-ay of hope has shown up,
A-s you leave the dark behind.

R-emain firm and faithful,
E-rase the tears in your eyes,
Y-ou will see the morrow,
E-xpect the
S-unrise.
